MY APPROACH

In today’s on-demand society, happiness is often marketed as a quick fix - another must-have item wrapped in a neat six-step program. But meaningful happiness isn’t 'one size fits all'; it doesn't come off the shelf or via AI. I believe it’s a deeply personal, ongoing process that requires human time and care to ensure it organically aligns with your values, strengths, and aspirations: your unique ingredients.

I believe coaching provides a valuable space to find, grow, and then live the happiness that works for you. Together, we can uncover the unique makeup of your happiness and what you need to flourish. I'll help you explore YOU, discover what you're really looking for, and support you in building what happens next.

Rooted in positive psychology (the science of well-being and flourishing), my coaching approach draws on the psychological concepts behind happiness, flourishing, and a meaningful life. Using these, I will work to help you realise and expand your resources and possibilities, giving life to your bespoke version of happiness.

FIND YOUR HAPPY

What makes you happy? We will delve into the inner workings of what makes you: discover and deeply understand your strengths, and values, what brings you meaning, purpose, and satisfaction.  You may have existing buried aspirations, very clear goals, or none at all. It's all there to explore. ​

GROW YOUR HAPPY

Let's find the good stuff and grow some more of it! Once we've discovered your happiness ingredients we can work out how to grow more of them. The great news is positive aspects can be cultivated and science shows us there is value for happiness and well-being in finding what works well and doing more of it.

LIVE YOUR HAPPY

We'll explore how you can weave more of your happiness ingredients into your life. It might just take a few small tweaks or some big changes. We can open up possibilities and options, but you will always lead the pace. The goal is to ultimately make more realistic potential for your happiness so you can start living it.

MY COACHING CREDENTIALS

I am fully insured as an Accredited EMCC Coach at Practitioner Level with a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (with Distinction) from The University of East London. I am a member of the EMCC and committed to abide by their code of ethics. I am also a trained SPARK Resilience Facilitator.
